Hello Players, Parents, and supporters of the upcoming Secaucus, NJ. Pokemon Regional Championships to be held on May 20th-22nd, 2022 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center. We have created this page to use as a blog page to keep important updates to the Event and Website located in one easy to follow location. We will post in this page as new information becomes available. Be sure to check this page frequently for important updates.
Facemask Reminder Update - 5-16-22
Q. Will Premier Event Organizers provide appropriate face masks?
No. While Premier Event Organizers will provide masks for staff, it will be the responsibility of all
participating attendees and their parent or guardian to arrive at Premier Events prepared to comply
with all COVID-19 requirements.
Q. How does TPCi define an acceptable face mask?
For the purposes of Play! Pokémon events, these are the only forms of acceptable face masks:
• Disposable surgical/medical procedure masks with all of the following characteristics:
o A proper fit over your nose and mouth to prevent leaks.
▪ Straps can be twisted or tied to improve the fit.
▪ Material can be folded or tucked improve the fit.
o Multiple layers (minimum 2-ply) of non-woven material.
o Nose wire.
o No exhalation valve present.
• Respirators designed to meet international standards such as:
o N95, KN95, 1st, DL2, DL3, DS2, DS3, FFP2, FFP3, KN100, KP95, KP100, P2, P3, PFF2, PFF3,
R95, and Special
o Note: Respirators with exhalation valves or vents are not allowed.
• Combinations of the above masks/respirators, or one of the above in combination with a cloth
mask.
o Cloth masks will only be accepted when used simultaneously with an acceptable
respirator or surgical/medical procedure mask. A cloth mask alone, or even two cloth
masks used together, will not be considered an acceptable face mask.

Double Playmat Update - 4-27-22
We appreciate your dedication and passion for the game. We have settle on and created a limited run of 50 total double playmats for this event. Be sure to upgrade your registration to EVO PACK 2. This will score you static seating and this AMAZING playmat, thanks to our friends over at MetaMats for making this a reality. |

- Personal identifiers (full name plus at least one other identifier such as date of birth or passport number) that match the personal identifiers on the passenger’s passport or other travel documents
- Name of official source issuing the record (e.g., public health agency, government agency, or other authorized vaccine provider)
- Vaccine manufacturer and date(s) of vaccination
Registration Link Update - 4-27-22
We appreciate your dedication and passion for the game.
We have established there will be a restructure and release of unclaimed tickets. We will be opening a select few spots for the event on May 4th at 7pm (central time) via RK9.gg. This will be your final chance to secure a spot in the event. While this may not alleviate your situation, it is the best option we have at this point. Once these tickets are gone, no others will be made available for the event.
Please do not forget, this event does not have passes for the public to attend except for the spectator passes given to the players who registered that are under 18 years of age. Those who do not have a reserved parent/guardian spectator pass will not be able to enter the venue as we must respect our event cap of 960 players and spectators combined.
We understand the frustrations this may cause and sympathize with your individual situations. However, this event has a hard cap placed on it with no further options for expansion after the release of these unclaimed tickets.

Covid Protocol Time Update - 4-15-22
We will be open on Friday, May 20 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm EDT. We highly encourage you to clear the Play! Pokémon COVID-19 Protocols verification on Friday during that time, instead of waiting until Saturday morning. Side events will be open from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm EDT.
The hall will open at 7:30 am EDT on Saturday morning. If you did not clear the Play! Pokémon COVID-19 Protocols verification on Friday, you must clear them Saturday morning before you will be allowed inside the venue. Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process to ensure you are in the hall ready to play at 9:00 am EDT.

Links will be updated on www.topcutevents on Friday afternoon, but registration will not will not open until 7pm to register for this event. Unfortunately, we have been forced to place caps on the event. We will accommodate as many participants as possible, over all three age groups, for both Video Game and Trading Card Game, while maintaining a safe and fun environment for all participants.
We are happy to announce our registration will open on FRIDAY 4-15-2022 AT 7:00PM (central daylight time). Links will be updated on www.topcutevents on Friday afternoon, but registration will not will not open until 7pm to register for this event. Unfortunately, we have been forced to place caps on the event. Spectator Update - 4-13-22
We have received updated guidance regarding the attendance of our event. Having safety on the forefront, direction and guidance is a moving target that we are trying to hit with as much precision as possible. Based on current guidance, we have determined this event has very limited capacity in order to adhere to the COVID-19 Protocols. As such, public spectator passes will not be available. All players under 18 will receive a spectator pass for their parent/guardian as part of the normal registration process.
Please understand, we are fully aware there is tremendous demand for these events. We are just as excited to get back to organized play as all of you. Unfortunately, safety and space restrictions will not allow us to meet the current excitement that surrounds our program. We apologize we are not able to meet the demand based on the restrictions we face.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon.
