How much does the event cost?
$10.00 per player

What are the prizes?
Prizes are awarded to the top players in each of three age divisions. Players must have a Pokémon Trainer Club account with a Player ID attached, and must have opted in to the Play! Pokémon program in order to earn points and prizes. All participants will receive 1 Play! Point just for playing, and the top four players in each age division will win a special promo card.

In addition, each player will receive one (1) pack for entering. Players can then earn additional packs for every win they have in the event through round four. Every win equals one additional pack in prizing.

What do I need to know?
  • Bring your Player ID card, if you have one. If you don't have a Player ID, one will be given to you at the event.
  • See the Pokémon Tournament Rules for more information about what to bring to an event.
  • Make sure you arrive on time. If you are late for registration, you may not be able to play in the event!
  • To participate in the event, you must be a player in good standing and abide by the Tournament Rules.
  • See the Legal Notice for certain eligibility requirements and other information, including information concerning limitations on The Pokémon Company International's liability.

What is the tournament structure?
The tournament is run using the Standard or Expanded Format and Age-Modified Swiss pairings. See the Pokémon Tournament Rules for information about the Limited Format and Swiss. The number of Swiss rounds that will be played will depend on total attendance at the event. This event will be run as single game, 30 minutes plus 3 turns, per round.

What Our Players Are Saying

"Top Cut Events runs the most efficient tournaments I have ever been a part of. Debbie is amazing at keeping the tournament running on time while Jimmy gets to spend time with all the players. Together with their staff, these tournaments are fun to attend and I look forward to them every time."
