Saturday & Sunday, May 25th & 26th, 2024 LOCATION Peoria Civic Center Event Hall D (this is on the ground level of the Civic Center across from concessions) 201 SW Jefferson Ave, Peoria, IL 61602 DIRECTIONS We recommend using Google Maps for directions to this location. REGISTRATION All Registration will be done online. Players must register prior to May 24 at 6PM CST. There will be no onsite cash or credit card registration available for this event. Onsite registration will need to be completed via the link below. Registration for this event will be done through our friends over at RK9 Labs. The Leaders in event hosting software. PUBLIC REGISTRATION Registration opens: Sunday, February 25 at 11AM CST REGISTER HERE Please note the event is capped at 1536 Players. Be sure to complete your registration early to secure your spot. All players MUST register using the link above PRIOR to the event be included. The demand for these tickets will be high. We reserve the right to alter, change, or cancel any registration to accommodate any unforeseen issues at the time of registration. EVENT COST $30 for Main Event Registration REFUND POLICY In the event of an emergency the deadline to request a refund is the Monday prior to the event. All refunds will be less a 30% processing fee. Refunds will not be honored after the deadline, no exceptions. For a Refund request, please email us: [email protected] Please include the following information: - Name - Player ID Number - Game & Event DECKLIST REGISTRATION Players may only play and submit a decklist of a deck they currently have built with official One Piece cards. An image of this deck must be sent via the Google Doc link found in your confirmation email, as well as uploaded to the TCG+ Event. Please be sure to catch up on the current Rules Page, Errata's, and Floor Rules. Deck List Submission GOOGLE FORM DECK LISTS ARE DUE FRIDAY, MAY 24 BY 6:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. FAILUE TO SUBMIT A DECK LIST WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENROLLMENT IN THE TOURNAMENT.
TCG+ DECK LISTS ARE DUE SATURDAY, MAY 25 BY 8AM. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. FAILURE TO SUBMIT A DECK LIST THROUGH TCG+ WILL FORFEIT YOUR PRIZING.

EVENT FORMAT
Standard (Qualifying) Match Structure Best-of-one Game Match Number of game wins necessary: 1 Match Time: 35 minutes Extra Time: 5 minutes (for extra turns, etc.) Top Cut will be played on Day Two More Information coming soon. EVENT SCHEDULE SATURDAY, MAY 25 7 AM Available/Unclaimed Registration goes live (First Come, First Serve). 8 AM Doors Open to the Public. 8 AM Submission Deadline for Late Reg Deck Lists. 8 AM Submission Deadline for TCG+ Deck Lists. 8 AM Side Event Pod Registration for Saturday goes live. 9 AM Main Event Round 1 Begins. 10:30 AM Side Events Begin. 10:30 AM CASH ONLY Onsite Registration Opens for Side Events. There will be NO lunch break. Concessions are located directly outside of Hall D. 3:00 PM Side Event Pod Registration for Sunday goes live. Doors will close promptly at the conclusion of the last Swiss Round. SUNDAY, MAY 25 8:00 AM Doors Open to the Public. 9:00 AM Top Cut play resumes. 9:00 AM Side Events Begin. 9:00 AM CASH ONLY Onsite Registration Opens for Side Events. Doors will close promptly at the conclusion of Finals. SIDE EVENT INFORMATION SATURDAY, MAY 25 WE WILL BE PRESELLING SIDE EVENT REGISTRATION FOR 6 DIFFERENT 64-PLAYER POD EVENTS.
SUNDAY, MAY 26 WE WILL BE PRESELLING SIDE EVENT REGISTRATION FOR 8 DIFFERENT 64-PLAYER POD EVENTS.
Side Event Tournament Information We will be running 64-player Pod Side Events throughout the weekend.

SATURDAY, MAY 25 AT 7:00 AM CST ALL AVAILABLE SPOTS WILL GO LIVE FOR REGISTRATION. THERE WILL BE NO LINE FOR DAY-OF REGISTRATION.
