Saturday & Sunday, August 17th & 18th, 2024 LOCATION Peoria Civic Center 201 SW Jefferson Ave, Peoria, IL 61602 DIRECTIONS We recommend using Google Maps for directions to this location. REGISTRATION All Registration will be done online. Players must register prior to August 16 at 6PM CT. There will be no onsite cash or credit card registration available for this event. Onsite registration will need to be completed via the link below. Registration for this event will be done through our friends over at RK9 Labs. The Leaders in event hosting software. PUBLIC REGISTRATION Registration opens: Sunday May 26th, 2024 at 11AM CT REGISTER HERE Please note the event is capped at 1024 Players. Be sure to complete your registration early to secure your spot. All players MUST register using the link above PRIOR to the event be included. The demand for these tickets will be high. We reserve the right to alter, change, or cancel any registration to accommodate any unforeseen issues at the time of registration. EVENT COST $30 for Main Event Registration REFUND POLICY In the event of an emergency the deadline to request a refund is the Friday one week prior to the event. All refunds will be less a 30% processing fee. Refunds will not be honored after the deadline, no exceptions. For a Refund request, please email us: [email protected] Please include the following information: - Name - Player ID Number - Game & Event DECKLIST REGISTRATION Players may only play and submit a decklist of a deck they currently have built with official One Piece cards. An image of this deck must be sent via the Google Doc link found in your confirmation email, as well as uploaded to the TCG+ Event. Please be sure to catch up on the current Rules Page, Errata's, and Floor Rules. Failure to submit this info before 6PM the day prior to the event will result in the player being dropped from the event. |

Standard (Qualifying) Match Structure Best-of-one Game Match Number of game wins necessary: 1 Match Time: 35 minutes Extra Time: 5 minutes (for extra turns, etc.) Top Cut will be played on Day Two EVENT SCHEDULE SATURDAY Doors will open at 9:00am Pairings posted at 10:00am SUNDAY More information coming soon.
