DATES
Saturday, November 2, 2025 - 10:00am DISCORD ACCOUNT REQUIRED! Sign up for a Discord account HERE! Top Cut Events Main Server, for these events, may be found HERE! Top Cut Events second server, for this event may be found HERE! This event will be run using two Discord Servers. All Event information will be done through Top Cut Events' Main Discord Server. Tables 257-512 will be played in the second server. REGISTRATION Registration for this event will be done through our friends over at RK9 Labs. The Leaders in event hosting software. PUBLIC REGISTRATION REGISTER HERE Please note each event is capped at 512 Players. Be sure to complete your registration early to secure your spot. All players MUST register using the link above PRIOR to the events be included. The demand for these tickets will be high. We reserve the right to alter, change, or cancel any registration to accommodate any unforeseen issues at the time of registration. REFUND POLICY In the event of an emergency the deadline to request a refund is the Friday one week prior to the event. All refunds will be less a 30% processing fee. Refunds will not be honored after the deadline, no exceptions. For a Refund request, please email us: [email protected] Please include the following information: - Name - Player ID Number - Game & Event ONLINE PLATFORM Players may ONLY use a webcam or phone for this event. Please ensure you prepare accordingly to avoid penalty. DECKLIST REGISTRATION Players may only play and submit a decklist of a deck they currently have built with official One Piece cards. An image of this deck must be sent via the Google Doc link found in your confirmation email, as well as uploaded to the TCG+ Event. Please be sure to catch up on the current Rules Page, Errata's, and Floor Rules. Failure to submit this info by 6PM the day prior to the event will result in the player being dropped from the event. EVENT COST $30 for Main Event Registration - No Refunds available. Please see our Refund Policy for extreme circumstances. |
EVENT FORMAT
Standard (Qualifying) Match Structure Best-of-one Game Match Number of game wins necessary: 1 Match Time: 40 minutes Extra Time: 5 minutes (for extra turns, etc.) With a 512 player capacity, we will host 9 total rounds, or until we have a single undefeated. There will be no top cut playoff for this event. EVENT TIMELINE We will attempt to begin each round every hour, on the hour, based on result slip submission. Players who do not show up for a round will be dropped with no opportunity for re-entry. Round 1 - 10am CST Round 2 - 11am CST Round 3 - 12pm CST Round 4 - 1pm CST Round 5 - 2pm CST Round 6 - 3pm CST Round 7 - 4pm CST Round 8 - 5pm CST Round 9 - 6pm CST *if needed Pairings will be posted in your player portal (link to be provided). Players MUST report the results inside the player portal within 40 minutes of the start time. Any results not reported within this time, will result in Double Game Loss and players will be dropped from the event.

Please do not complete registration if you do not intend on completing the first three rounds. We will not ship this reward to any player who drops before the start of round three.
