July 25, 2026 LOCATION Peoria Civic Center Upper Ballroom 201 SW Jefferson Ave Peoria, IL 61602 DIRECTIONS We recommend using Google Maps for directions to this location. REGISTRATION All Registration will be done online. Players must register prior to July 24 at 6PM CT. There will be no onsite cash or credit card registration available for this event. Onsite registration will need to be completed via the link below. Registration for this event will be done through our friends over at RK9 Labs. The Leaders in event hosting software. PUBLIC REGISTRATION Registration opens: Sunday, April 26 at 11AM Central REGISTER HERE Please note the event is capped at 512 Players. Be sure to complete your registration early to secure your spot. All players MUST register using the link above PRIOR to the event be included. The demand for these tickets will be high. We reserve the right to alter, change, or cancel any registration to accommodate any unforeseen issues at the time of registration. EVENT COST $37 Main Event Registration - No Refunds available. Please see our Refund Policy for extreme circumstances. REFUND POLICY In the event of an emergency the deadline to request a refund is the Friday one week prior to the event. All refunds will be less a 30% processing fee. Refunds will not be honored after the deadline, no exceptions. EVENT FORMAT
Standard (Qualifying) Match Structure Best-of-one Game Match Number of game wins necessary: 1 Match Time: 35 minutes Extra Time: 5 minutes (for extra turns, etc.) There is NO Top Cut for this event. EVENT SCHEDULE SATURDAY Doors will open at 9:00am Round 1 Pairings posted at 10:00am After Round 3 Side Events Open SIDE EVENT INFORMATION Scheduled Side Event Registration (Treasure Cup) goes live Sunday, April 26 at 11AM Central REGISTER HERE On-demand side events will be a prize wall format. Players cannot use prize tickets in other events. Event format and prizing may differ by TO. Prizing, event format may change without notice.
