REGISTRATION Online Registration Closes on SATURDAY, JUNE 18TH, 2022 at 8AM, or when capacity is hit. Mandated event capacity for this event is 1,250 persons, including spectators. All players under 18 will receive a spectator pass for their parent/guardian as part of the normal registration process. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY CHECK IN NEEDED ON FRIDAY NIGHT OR SATURDAY MORNING. TRADING CARD GAME ONLY (OPENS 5-11-22 - 7pm CDT) SPECTATOR PASSES Registration for Spectator passes are now open. Please visit rk9.gg/spectator/pokemon-milwaukee-2022 to secure your spot today. Spectator passes are valid for the named individual only, and are not transferable. A form of identification, such as a driver's license, will be required to pick up your spectator pass. DECK LIST SUBMISSION We will be using the RK9 Labs Deck List Creator. Deadline for submission is 8:30am SATURDAY, June 18th, 2022. The capacity restrictions for TCG, VG, and GO seating are a moving target and will be adjusted to balance safety and fun.
We will adjust the seating between the the Pokemon GO age groups, TCG age groups and VG age groups daily as the tournament approaches to fill these seats accordingly. We STRONGLY SUGGEST players do not wait to secure their spots as no further seating will be made available.

PRIZES
Prizes are awarded to the top players in each age division. Players must have a Pokémon Trainer Club account with a Player ID attached and must have opted in to the Play! Pokémon program in order to earn points and awards.
For the Pokémon TCG and Video Game Regional Championships, the format of each prize is dependent on the age of the recipient. Here are the Regionals prizes for the 2022 Play! Pokémon Championship Series season.
18 years of age and older:
Awards of $5,000 or more: choice of scholarship or cash
Awards under $5,000: cash
Under 18 years of age:
Awards of $5,000 or more: choice of scholarship or Pokémon Visa® Prepaid Card
Awards under $5,000: Pokémon Visa® Prepaid Card

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
STANDARD format.
When preparing for a Regional Championship Tournament make sure you have a Deck that is ready to play in a competitive sanctioned tournament. To do this first check that your Deck complies with the current Rules and Format Regulations.
After checking your cards are legal for play HERE, you will need to submit your deck list online, using the RK9 system.
If you are using sleeves be sure they are all the same color and size. Damaged sleeves or shiny back sleeves will NOT be allowed for this event. Printed sleeves are not allowed, unless they are official branded Pokemon sleeves.
This will be a constructed event with the best of three, 50 minute Swiss Rounds. The Top Cut rounds will also be held as best of three, with 75 minute top cut rounds.

Top Cut Events also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading,
and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for transporting excessive amounts of trade stock. We need to be considerate of all those around us.
TRADING
While trading is fine, please note that buying from or selling cards to anyone except for our authorized dealer(s),
or soliciting to do so elsewhere, is strictly forbidden at this event. Failure to obey this rule may result in both
the buyer and the seller being removed from the event, and banned from attending future events.
Top Cut Events also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading,
and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for transporting excessive amounts of trade stock. We need to be considerate of all those around us.
