REGISTRATION
All Registration will be done online.
Players must register prior to May 30 at 6PM CST. 
​There will be no onsite cash or credit card registration available for this event. 
Registration for this event will be done through our friends over at RK9 Labs. The Leaders in event hosting software.

DECK LIST SUBMISSION
FAILUE TO SUBMIT A DECK LIST WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENROLLMENT IN THE TOURNAMENT.

• TCG+ Deck Lists are used for Player check-in.
• Failure to submit Deck List forfeits your spot to be filled by another player.
• We will have staff available ONLINE Saturday, May 30 from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST to assist with Deck List issues.
• After 9:00 PM CST Saturday, May 30 no additional assistance will be provided.
• We will have staff available ONSITE Sunday, May 31 from 9AM-9:45AM CST to assist with TCG+ Deck List issues.
• After 9:45 AM CST no additional assistance will be provided.

Please note each event is capped at 192 Players. 
​Be sure to complete your registration early to secure your spot. All players MUST register using the link above PRIOR to the event be included. The demand for these tickets will be high. We reserve the right to alter, change, or cancel any registration to accommodate any unforeseen issues at the time of registration. 

VENT FORMAT
Best-of-one Game Match
Match Time:  35 minutes
Overtime: 5 minutes (for extra turns, etc.)
There will be no Top Cut for this event.

EVENT SCHEDULE

7 AM Available/Unclaimed Registration goes live (First Come, First Serve).
9 AM Doors Open to the Public.
9 AM Submission Deadline for newly added players'  Deck Lists.
10 AM Main Event Round 1 Begins.

Trading
While trading is fine, please note that buying from or selling cards to anyone except for our authorized dealer(s), or soliciting to do so elsewhere, is strictly forbidden at this event. Failure to obey this rule may result in both the buyer and the seller being removed from the event, and banned from attending future events.
 
Top Cut Events also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading, and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for transporting excessive amounts of trade stock. We need to be considerate of all those around us.
