DATES
Saturday, July 12, 2025 LOCATION Berglund Special Events Center 710 Williamson Rd NE Roanoke, VA 24016 REGISTRATION All Registration will be done online. Players must register prior to Friday, July 11 at 6PM Eastern. There will be no onsite cash or credit card registration available for this event. Onsite registration will need to be completed via the link below. Registration for this event will be done through our friends over at RK9 Labs. The Leaders in event hosting software. EVENT COST $30 for Main Event Registration - No Refunds available. Please see our Refund Policy for extreme circumstances. Register Here! Please note this event is capped at 192 Players. VENT FORMAT
Best-of-one Game Match Match Time: 35 minutes Overtime: 5 minutes (for extra turns, etc.) There will be no Top Cut for this event. EVENT SCHEDULE Saturday, July 13 (all times are Eastern Time) 7 AM Available/Unclaimed Registration goes live (First Come, First Serve). 8 AM Doors Open to the Public. 9 AM Submission Deadline for newly added players' Deck Lists. 10 AM Main Event Round 1 Begins. There will be NO lunch break. SIDE EVENT INFORMATION More information coming soon! REFUND POLICY In the event of an emergency the deadline to request a refund is the Friday one week prior to the event. All refunds will be less a 30% processing fee. Refunds will not be honored after the deadline, no exceptions. FAILUE TO SUBMIT A DECK LIST WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENROLLMENT IN THE TOURNAMENT.

- TCG+ Deck Lists are used for Player check-in.
- Failure to submit Deck List forfeits your spot to be filled by another player.
- We will have staff available ONLINE Friday, July 11 from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Eastern to assist with Deck List issues.
- After 9:00 PM Eastern Friday, July 11 no additional assistance will be provided.
- We will have staff available ONSITE Saturday, July 12 from 8AM-8:45AM Eastern to assist with TCG+ Deck List issues.
- After 8:45 AM Eastern no additional assistance will be provided.

Trading
While trading is fine, please note that buying from or selling cards to anyone except for our authorized dealer(s), or soliciting to do so elsewhere, is strictly forbidden at this event. Failure to obey this rule may result in both the buyer and the seller being removed from the event, and banned from attending future events. Top Cut Events also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading, and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for transporting excessive amounts of trade stock.
