Registration for this event will be done through our friends over at RK9 Labs. The Leaders in event hosting software.

Please note each event is capped at 512 Players. 
​Be sure to complete your registration early to secure your spot. All  players MUST register using the link above PRIOR to September 29 2023 - 11:59PM CST to be included. The demand for these tickets will be high. We reserve the right to alter, change, or cancel any registration to accommodate any unforeseen issues at the time of registration.

ONLINE PLATFORM
Players may ONLY use a webcam or phone for this event. Please ensure you prepare accordingly to avoid penalty. 

DECKLIST REGISTRATION
Players may only play and submit a decklist of a deck they currently have built with official Digimon cards. An image of this deck must be sent via the Google Doc link found in your confirmation email. Please be sure to catch up on the current Rules Page, Errata's, and Floor rules HERE!

Failure to submit this info before 9AM on the day of the event will result in the player being dropped prior to round 1.

EVENT FORMAT
This Event will be hosted using the Swiss format, best of 3 games, 50 Minute +5 Minute OT Rounds. With a 512 player capacity, we will host 9 total rounds, or until we have a single undefeated. There will be no top cut playoff for this event.
Modified Rules - Mulligans are allowed but no Side deck.


EVENT TIMELINE
We will attempt to begin each round every hour, on the hour, based on result slip submission. Players who do not show up for a round will be dropped with no opportunity for re-entry. 
Round 1 - 10am CST
Round 2 - 11am CST
Round 3 - 12pm CST
Round 4 - 1pm CST
Round 5 - 2pm CST
Round 6 - 3pm CST 
Round 7 - 4pm CST *if needed
Round 8 - 5pm CST *if needed
​Round 9 - 6pm CST *if needed
Pairings will be posted in your player portal (link to be provided). Players MUST report the results inside the player portal within 55 minutes of the start time.

Any results not reported within this time, will result in Double Game Loss and players will be dropped from the event.

*EVENT COST
$30 for Main Event Registration - No Refunds available. Any refunds processed due to extreme circumstances will be less a 30% processing fee.

PARTICIPANT PRIZE
Every player that completes three rounds will receive:
- 1x BT12-001 Gigimon Promo Card
- 2x Event Pack 4

​Domestic Shipping with tracking will be included in registration fee.
​
All Prizing for this event will be shipped upon confirmation from Bandai, using the information provided at registration. 
​
Please do not complete registration if you do not intend on completing the first three rounds. We will not ship this reward to any player who drops before the start of round three.
