REGISTRATION
Registration for this event will be done through our friends over at RK9 Labs. The Leaders in event hosting software.

Please note each event is capped at 192 Players. 
​Be sure to complete your registration early to secure your spot. All players MUST register using the link above PRIOR to Thursday, May 11 2023 - 11:59PM CST to be included. The demand for these tickets will be high. We reserve the right to alter, change, or cancel any registration to accommodate any unforeseen issues at the time of registration.

ONLINE PLATFORM
Players may ONLY use webcam play for this event. 

DECKLIST REGISTRATION
Players may only play and submit a decklist of a deck they currently have built with official DBS cards. An image of this deck must be sent via google doc. The most current banlist will apply, as of the date of the event. All Prizing will be shipped within 1 week of event completion using the information provided at registration.

Failure to submit this information before 9AM on the day of the event will result in the player not being in the event.

EVENT FORMAT
This Event will be hosted using the Swiss format, Best of 1 Pre-side format with 40 min rounds + 5 mins for Overtime. There will be a 1 minute setup time for Pre-Side. At 192 player capacity, we will host 8 total rounds, or until we have a single undefeated. There will be no top cut for this event.

EVENT TIMELINE
We will begin each round every hour, on the hour. Players who do not show up for a round will be dropped with no opportunity for re-entry. 
Round 1 - 10am CST
Round 2 - 11am CST
Round 3 - 12pm CST
Round 4 - 1pm CST
Round 5 - 2pm CST
Round 6 - 3pm CST *if needed
Round 7 - 4pm CST *if needed
Round 8 - 5pm CST *if needed
Pairings will be posted in your player portal (link to be provided). Players MUST report the results inside the player portal within 50 minutes of the start time.

Any results not reported within this time, will result in Double Game Loss and players will be dropped from the event.
