Saturday, June 24, 2023 LOCATION Peoria Civic Center 201 SW Jefferson Ave, Peoria, IL 61602 DIRECTIONS We recommend using Google Maps for directions to this location. REGISTRATION All Registration will be done online. Players must register prior to Saturday June 23, at 11:59pm CDT. There will be no onsite cash or credit card registration available for this event. Onsite registration will need to be completed via the link below. Registration for this event will be done through our friends over at RK9 Labs. The Leaders in event hosting software. PUBLIC REGISTRATION Registration opens: Sunday, May 28 at 9AM PST/11AM CDT REGISTER HERE Please note the event is capped at 512 Players. Be sure to complete your registration early to secure your spot. All players MUST register using the link above PRIOR to the event be included. The demand for these tickets will be high. We reserve the right to alter, change, or cancel any registration to accommodate any unforeseen issues at the time of registration. EVENT COST $30 for Main Event Registration DECKLIST REGISTRATION Players may only play and submit a decklist of a deck they currently have built with official One Piece cards. An image of this deck must be sent via the Google Doc link found in your confirmation email. Please be sure to catch up on the current Rules Page, Errata's, and Floor Rules. Failure to submit this info before 9AM on the day of the event will result in the player being enrolled for Round 1. |
EVENT FORMAT
Standard Match Structure Best-of-one Game Match Number of game wins necessary: 1 Match Time: 35 minutes Extra Time: 5 minutes (for extra turns, etc.) With a 512 player capacity, we will host 9 total rounds, or until we have a single undefeated. There will be no top cut playoff for this event. EVENT SCHEDULE SATURDAY Doors will open at 9:00am Player check-in/decklist submission closes: 9:45AM Pairings posted at 10:00am
