REGISTRATION
All Registration will be done online.
Players must register prior to Oct 23 at 6PM. 
​There will be no onsite cash or credit card registration available for this event. 
Registration for this event will be done through our friends over at RK9.GG. The Leaders in event hosting software.

DECK LIST SUBMISSION
FAILUE TO SUBMIT A DECK LIST WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENROLLMENT IN THE TOURNAMENT.

• Deck Lists are used for Player check-in.
• Failure to submit Deck List forfeits your spot to be filled by another player.
• We will have staff available ONLINE Friday, Oct 24 from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM to assist with Deck List issues.
• After 9:00 PM Friday, Oct 24 no additional assistance will be provided.
• We will have staff available ONSITE Saturday, Oct 25 from 9AM-9:45AM to assist with TCG+ Deck List issues.
• After 9:45 AM no additional assistance will be provided.

​Be sure to complete your registration early to secure your spot. All players MUST register using the link above PRIOR to the event be included. The demand for these tickets will be high. We reserve the right to alter, change, or cancel any registration to accommodate any unforeseen issues at the time of registration. 

EVENT FORMAT
Swiss Rounds, Best-of-One Game Match
Match Time: 30 minutes
Extra Time: 5 minutes (for extra turns, etc.)
A Top Cut playoff with Best-of-3 matches may be held depending on player attendance and tournament duration.

9 AM Doors Open to the Public.
9 AM Submission Deadline for newly added players' Deck Lists.
10 AM Main Event Round 1 Begins.

Players will also earn Seasonal Points, which are tracked in the Azuki TCG app. At the end of each season, players will be rewarded for both participation and performance in official Azuki TCG tournaments.
