Covid-19
As the COVID-19 Global Pandemic continues, Top Cut Events LLC is both cautiously optimistic and prepared to manage our place-based events with the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, staff, presenters, exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers in mind. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, Top Cut staff, service providers, and others are expected to abide by all polices in effect for this event.
In all cases, we will continue to assess the risks in the area local to the event. In keeping with the responsibility as host, Top Cut Events LLC will follow the Play! Pokémon COVID-19 Protocols set forth in the link below. There may be some event locations which the vaccination requirment is lifted, but for Top Cut Events LLC hosted events, the Play! Pokémon COVID-19 Protocols will be the policies and procedures required of our attendees at our events.
While participating in events held or sponsored by Top Cut Events LLC, consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, “social distancing”, and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, Top Cut Events LLC has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, Top Cut Events LLC cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
I, and my attending party, acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation and/or voluntarism with Top Cut Event LLC, and I willingly engage in Top Cut Events LLC hosted events and/or other activities.
I, and my attending party, acknowledge the health risks associated with participating in events held or sponsored by Top Cut Events LLC, including but not limited to transient dizziness, lightheaded, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, joint pains, sprains and strains, heart attack, stroke, or sudden death. I agree that if I experience any of these or any other symptoms during the Activity, I will discontinue my participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention. I DO HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER WHICH ARISES OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY FIRST AID, TREATMENT, OR SERVICE RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT HOSTED BY TOP CUT EVENTS LLC..
We reserve the right to modify these policies and procedures at any time given the rapidly changing nature of the current global pandemic.
I, and my attending party, have read and agree to follow Play! Pokémon COVID-19 Protocols including the requirement to wear a mask at all times during the event and to be fully vaccinated, including a booster if eligible. We agree that failure to meet these requirements for entry and attendance will result in being denied entry.

Ethics & Conduct
All of the following constitute grounds for expulsion from the event without refund:
No Harassment Policy
Top Cut Events LLC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, or affiliation. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled without refund at the discretion of Event management. If you need to report an issue you may do so by alerting any member of staff.
Advertising
There is no posting flyers, posters, or "show billing" of any kind in or around any of the event grounds, including the hotels. If caught, you may be asked to leave the event and have your entry fees revoked without refund.
Security
Security is provided by a professional security firm and may include off-duty law enforcement personnel, security guards and Top Cut Events LLC staff. All security personnel serve to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone. Please show them the respect they deserve. Failure to comply with the directives issued by uniformed security and staff may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Costumes & Weapons
Weapons and items that appear to be weapons are not allowed at Top Cut Events LLC. Self-defense, recreational and utility items such as knifes, tasers, pepper spray, BB guns, cap guns, air-soft weapons, paintball guns, water guns, martial arts weaponry, including wooden practice weapons, etc., are not welcome, even if it is lawful to own and carry them in other public places. Off duty security, law-enforcement and military personnel are not allowed to bring their weapons to events hosted by Top Cut Events LLC. Items resembling futuristic weapons, fantasy weapons and non-projectile buffer weapons may be allowed provided they are not handled in a careless, threatening or destructive manner against persons or property.
Questionable items can be brought to any staff member to be checked for compliance with this policy. Items purchased in the Exhibit Hall that violate this policy must be wrapped and immediately removed from the event premises.
20th & 21st century uniforms may not be worn as costumes. These include any uniform that can be construed as a military uniform from any country, or a uniform worn in an official capacity, such as security guard, police officer, deputy, fire marshal, paramedic, etc. Active-duty military personnel are permitted to wear their government-issued uniforms.
Top Cut Events Staff or security personnel may inspect any item or costume at any time during the event. Failure to comply with these policies and/or the instructions of Top Cut Events Staff or security personnel may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Event Spaces
Top Cut Events LLC reserves the right to clear each room after an event. Attendees will not be allowed to remain in the room for the next event. Items cannot be stored in event spaces. If unattended items are found, items may be moved or discarded.
Lost & Found
The Top Cut Events LLC Prize Wall will serve as the center for lost and found items during the event. Unclaimed property will be turned over to the event center security office at the close of the event. You can help protect your belongings by including identification tags with mobile phone numbers in wallets, purses, backpacks and other loose items. Labeling belongings helps us attempt to return recovered items to their rightful owners.
Registration Information
Registration
Registration is when attendees can purchase entry for an event hosted by Top Cut Events LLC through our online registration system. Registration will close on the Saturday before the main event at 8:00am. There will be no onsite registration after the time listed.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as payment for online registration. Cash only, will be accepted for onsite purchases. Checks and money orders are not accepted at any time. Local admissions tax may be charged on all online and onsite purchases, in compliance with local laws.
Children five (5) & under
For the children’s protection, parents should consider registering all children ages five and under at the Prize Wall booth onsite. A wristband will be issued at that time listing the parent or guardian’s contact information. The wristband must be attached to the child’s wrist while in the event center in case the child and parent become separated.
Lost & Misplaced Badges
Top Cut Events LLC cannot replace lost, stolen or forgotten badges and/or event tickets. Please be responsible with your event materials. Lost, stolen or forgotten items must be repurchased at full cost. It is recommended you check with the Top Cut Events LLC Event Management to see if your materials have been turned in to Lost & Found before buying new materials. Top Cut Events LLC assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or forgotten materials.
Refunds/Corrections
This event will allow for refunds requested PRIOR to the close of registration for the event.
Absolutely no requests for refunds will be honored if requested after the close of registration. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Liability
The purchase of entry into Top Cut Events LLC admits one person to all basic activities and open exhibits at Top Cut Events LLC during regularly scheduled hours for the day(s) it is purchased. Some designated activities require payment of a separate, additional fee. By accepting this entry, and in consideration for being admitted to Top Cut Events LLC, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio and/or visual means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media, including without limitation the Internet, worldwide in perpetuity.
The entrant releases Top Cut Events LLC from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any other claim or course of action of any kind; authorizes and permits Top Cut Events LLC and its designees which includes but is not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter known, including without limitation the Internet, for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Event.
Top Cut Events LLC Event Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove from the Event facilities any person who in Event Management’s sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which Event Management reasonably considers to be disruptive to the Event.

Event Hours
The Exhibit Hall remains open to the public from 3pm to 8pm Friday, 7:30am to 9pm Saturday, and from 9am to 6pm on Sunday.
Customer Service
Questions regarding the event or any of the Event policies can be directed to Customer Service located at the Prize Wall booth near the front entrance of the event.
Special Services
Customer Service will also have special wristbands to alert staff and event team members that the bearer may need additional assistance (i.e. limited waiting in line, etc.). A wristband is required in order to receive special assistance. Parents may also use this customer service booth if they need to obtain a child wristband.

- Failure to comply with the instructions of Top Cut Events LLC Event Staff or security personnel

- Threatening, stealing, cheating or harassing others
- Failure to conduct oneself in a mature manner
- Failure to abide by Covid-19 protocols
